More helpful hints

Last week I threw up a quick howto for SNMP. I spent the better part of this week at work figuring out how iLO2 works with HP's servers. In any case, iLO does most of it's alerting with snmp so I was tasked with getting an snmp trap handling system working. Before long I was thinking "I'm sure someone else is going to have to do this". I also found that the snmptt documentation was a little too thorough and not very good at helping the user set it up quickly, so I basically made my own. I'm sure someone else should find it helpful. My next little project is going to be playing with Myth on OS X. The ironic thing is that I gave away my myth box because I was sick of dealing with it breaking every time I upgraded Linux, now I'm dabbling with it again. I guess the upside is that if myth doesn't work on my mini, I can always go back to using EyeTV, which isn't bad, but there's somethings in myth that I miss. Like the way it can record every occurance of a show, or the way it was so easy to customize, etc. If anyone has any further experiences with this, maybe throw a comment on here?

Torvalds began the

Torvalds began the development of Linux on Minix and applications written for Minix were also used under Linux. Later Linux matured and it became possible for Linux to be developed under itself. Also GNU applications replaced all Minix ones because, with code from the GNU system freely available, 642-415 it was advantageous if this could be used with the fledgling OS. Code licensed under the GNU GPL can be used in other projects, so long as they also are released under the same or a compatible license. In order to make the Linux kernel compatible with the components from the GNU Project,1z0-052 Torvalds initiated a switch from his original license (which prohibited commercial redistribution) to the GNU GPL..Developers worked to integrate GNU components with Linux to make a fully functional and free operating system. It's best to pass 000-223.
